Shipping and Processing Time
All orders are processed & dispatched within 48 hours. Delays can be expected during busy periods.
Standard Shipping (£2.99): Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-7 working days
Tracked shipping (£7.50): Royal Mail Tracked 2-5 working days
Standard Shipping (£4.99): 6-12 working days
Tracked Shipping (£9.99): 4-8 working days
Rest of the world:
Standard International Shipping (£6.99): 14-20 working days
Tracked International Shipping (14.99): 6-12 working
UK: Orders over £30 free P&P
Europe: Orders over £50 free P&P
Rest of the world: Orders over £60 free P&P
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Please note that Arttitude Cosmetics will not be liable for any customs/import charges for international orders, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since customs charges vary from country to country it is the responsibility of the customer to double check any charges that may apply.
All orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Arttitude Cosmetics are not liable for addresses provided incorrectly. If purchasing with PayPal please ensure that your address is correct.
Arttitude Cosmetics apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for any lost or missing parcels. Royal Mail states that items will not be declared lost until 28 working days have passed, please contact us after 28 days, so we can issue a refund or replacement, stating your order number, and address. All items are individually hand checked before being sent to ensure that they are not faulty upon receipt. However, in the rare instance that you have received a damaged item please contact us via the contact page stating you order reference number. If you receive a faulty/damaged item you must notify us within 7 days. This does not include damaged packaging, only items.
Once we have received the items back & are satisfied that the items have not been used or taken out of their packaging a full refund will be given and can take up to 10 working days to appear into your account.
Arttitude Cosmetics are not responsible for the return postage costs.
