Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in it's original packaging. You will need to provide your order number and demonstrate proof of purchase from our website directly, and not one of our retailers.

Please note: If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel, and you will have to request a return upon receipt.

Unless you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, you will be responsible for return postage costs. Additionally, any shipping or customs charges incurred will not be refunded, so please double check everything carefully, before placing your orders. 

Please note: if products are found to be used, opened or damaged in any way upon inspection, and therefore not in re-sellable condition, your refund will not be processed.

Damaged Items:

At Arttitude Cosmetics we take pride in our packaging and do our utmost to protect your products during the shipping process. Our eyeshadows and highlighters come with small protective discs for extra added protection. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel does arrive damaged, rest assured that we will sort it for you.

Please email customercare@arttitudecosmetics.co.uk with your order number, and pictures of the damaged goods within 7 days of delivery, so we can provide a solution that suits you.

Please note that each request will be assessed on a case by case basis. If we notice fraudulent behaviour, your account will be monitored closely and we reserve the right to restrict you from future purchasing.
