Products Or Services: 
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products, and to ensure our product descriptions and prices are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, and we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Images or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only, the actual packaging of goods may vary.

Ordering & Payment:
Prices should be displayed in your local currency using an estimated currency conversion, however we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred to you due to currency exchange rates or additional bank charges. We accept payment through Shopify's secure payment system, including major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay and other methods available at checkout.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, and to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Consumers under the age of 18 may only purchase products or services through our site if they have approval from the paying card holder.

We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, without our express permission. 

Sales And Promotions:
We at any time may run sales, promotions and offer vouchers. These will be communicated via our website, email or text marketing (if you have opted in), or social media. Any orders placed outside of the offer period will not qualify. We reserve the right to discontinue sales, promotions and vouchers at our discretion, and at any time.

Modifications To Our Service And Prices: 
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Shipping And Delivery:
Please see our shipping policy for full details. Please note estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third parties.

All orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Arttitude Cosmetics are not liable for addresses provided incorrectly. If purchasing with PayPal please ensure that your address is correct.

We will not be liable for any customs/import charges for international orders, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since customs charges vary from country to country it is the responsibility of the customer to double check any charges that may apply. 

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once your order has been delivered. If your tracking shows as "delivered" but it is missing, you will need to file a report with your local postal service. It is your sole responsibility as a customer to select a secure location for your parcel to be delivered to. 

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at customercare@arttitudecosmetics.co.uk. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the items, to ensure they are unopened and unused, in re-sellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When you place an order through an official retailer and experience any issues relating to the product, shipment, or any aspect of their purchase, it is the responsibility of the retailer to address and resolve these issues. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, the retailer is liable for promptly handling and resolving any concerns or problems raised by customers who have purchased our products through their channels.
